Wire Park Builders is a collaboration between Monte Hewett Homes and Bluepoint Construction Southeast. Monte Hewett of Monte Hewett Homes (2002), an Obie award winner, has crafted over 30 of Atlanta’s most adored neighborhoods. Ed Frayer of Bluepoint Construction (2012) a commercial builder, later transitioned to infill development and custom homes, carries a myriad of comprehensive skills. These two Atlanta based builders were inspired by the vibrant mixed-use development of Wire Park.
